Winnipeg Artist: Matthieu Bohémier to exhibit new work at Graffiti Gallery
Graffiti Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of our new exhibit Le Dessin Quotidien, solo exhibit featuring artwork by Matthieu Bohémier
Matthieu Bohémier is a proud Franco-Métis who lives and works in Winnipeg. He received a B.F.A from the University of Manitoba in 2007. He specializes in drawing and his work explores a wide range of styles, humor and figurative art. Through the use of social media, Matthieu's work often encourages the participation of his friends as a way to create a special bond or link between the art world and his community. He has dedicated himself to his craft by drawing every day for over 8 years and counting. Le Dessin Quotidien explores a small selection of his past and most recent works. The opening reception will take place on Thursday, November 25, 2021, from 7:00 – 10:00 pm at Graffiti Gallery, 109 Higgins Avenue. Admission is free with a donation of a non-perishable food item.
