Winnipeg Singers celebrate Canada's 150th birthday in true north spirit with special concert that gives choral soundscapes to Canadian distinctive landscapes. Winnipeg Singers welcome back our guest choir - the Mennonite Collegiate Institute Chamber Choir - 32 auditioned choristers from Gretna! Our Canadian Landscape selections include: Robert Ingari - Songs of Autumn and Sunsets, Matthew Emery - The Song My Paddle Sings; Leonard Enns - Red River Valley, Harry Somers - Si j'avais le bateau and Stephen Chatman - Five Canadian Folksongs.

Springtime this 2017 in Manitoba will showcase Canada's 150 Birthday with this made in Manitoba concert by Winnipeg Singers, Yuri Klaz, conductor, and the Mennonite Collegiate Institute Chamber Choir, Rick Heppner-Mueller, conductor!
