PLATFORM is excited to present this rare opportunity to work with and learn from one of Canada's most exciting contemporary artists. Bridget Moser will lead a workshop covering the artistic potential of movement, speech, writing and performing. These different skills will be examined though exercises to enable the participants to mine subconscious ideas for creation (automatic writing, continuous improvised speech and movement, etc) How can intuitive processes help generate ideas for inclusion into new projects in any medium, not strictly performance?
This workshop is offered in conjunction with Moser's solo exhibition "If You Have a Similar Story Keep it to Yourself", which runs from 26 May to 6 July, 2018. Moser will also be performing on Wednesday, 20th June at 7:00 p.m.
