Indigenous Day Live: June 23

On Saturday June 23, APTN will host Indigenous Day Live from the Forks (1 Forks Market Road) in Winnipeg.

Indigenous Day Live is the largest national celebration in recognition of National Indigenous Peoples Day. There are daytime celebrations and activities followed by an evening concert (pre-show: 5:30-7:00 p.m./ IDL concert: 7:30-10:30 p.m.).

Hosted by Janelle Wookey and Kyle Nobess, concert performers include Walk Off The Earth, Midnight Shine, William Prince, Skyler, Sister Says, Cameron Fraser-Monroe, Oh My Darling with Kadanse, Snotty Nose Rez Kids, The Bloodshots, and Lakes and Pines. The concert and pre-show will also air on APTN 7:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. CT.
