Join Nadine Peqeneza, the filmmaker behind the world's first documentary about this emerging investment tool that partners government, social service provider and private capital. Pequeneza will moderate a panel discussion and Q&A with concerned stakeholders and those involved in designing and implementing the province's inaugural child welfare-focused SIB.

The Invisible Heart documentary explores notable SIBs from around the world to uncover the challenges and opportunities inherent in the model.
In Chicago, at Melody Elementary School, the documentary tracks the city's first pre-Kindergarten SIB funded by Goldman Sachs and billionaire venture capitalist/philanthropist JB Pritzker. We meet Reginald, one of 2,600 preschool students in the program. If he and the other children test well, investors will make a profit.
