Reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples: What does this mean and how much is possible? Allen Mills is a recently retired professor of political science at the University of Winnipeg. He has published articles on Canadian socialism, Winnipeg radicalism, and media in a post-communist Czechoslovakia. In 2016 Oxford University Press published his book on Pierre Elliot Trudeau, Citizen Trudeau; 1944-1965: An Intellectual Biography.
