Brief Job Description:
Art City's Community Programs (Outreach) Manager plays a key role in building relationships with program partners, planning and coordinating weekly and one-time workshops with a variety of groups across Winnipeg and beyond. Art City currently provides weekly workshops in 12-16 offsite locations, with children, youth, adults and older adults.

Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for those seeking to have Art City programming with their community, organization or event
- Design programming, in consultation with coworkers and program participants, that is relevant, skill-building, process based and provides opportunities for real creative
- Manage Outreach Staff, leading meetings and team check-ins, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining clear two-way communication about program activities and particulars (in collaboration with Managing Director)
- Advancing workshops by packing supplies and instructions into mobile kits and providing all pertinent information to Staff members
- Facilitating workshops with program participants as needed (1-2 shifts weekly)
- Weekly workshop facilitation with program participants at outreach sites
- Create budgets for partners, invoice and ensure payments are received (in collaboration with Office Administrator)
- Supply acquisition: shopping and sourcing, coordinating with Studio Programs Manager (valid driver's license required)
- Minimal grant writing and reporting
- Other reporting: monthly Board reports, daily logbook review, statistical data, Annual Report, etc.
- Work collaboratively with coworkers, Board Members and volunteers on fundraising activities and special events
Salary: $43,260 per annum
BENEFITS: Opt-in (50%) benefits package eligible after 6 months, professional development allowance, paid vacation & sick days, paid family leave, and a casual but hard-working, friendly and supportive work environment.
Expected to begin full-time around November 1 with part-time training prior to start date (depending on availability).
