If you said no or maybe to any of those points, maybe you should check out Creative Manitoba’s new Human Resources Development Program.
Creative Manitoba is looking for 10 small-sized arts organizations to participate in a pilot Human Resource Development Program. The program includes support from an HR professional, an organizational self-assessment process, and HR coaching at no cost to the organization.
