The Winnipeg Arts Council, in partnership with the Old St. Vital BIZ, invites local* visual artists and/or artist teams to submit expressions of interest and qualifications to create a public art work to integrate with redevelopment of the transit/pedestrian plaza at the intersection of St. Anne’s and St. Mary’s Roads.
*The artist/team must reside in, or in close proximity to, Winnipeg.
