Tarbut - Passerby + Indian City

The Tarbut Festival has birthed countless artist firsts performed by musical mavericks.

Co-curated by Indian City’s Neewa Mason and Tarbut Music Producer Karla Berbrayer, we are very excited to present the Passerby and Indian City project.

A group of Israeli musicians, Passerby, will partake in a residency program in Winnipeg with members of the local pop rock Indigenous music collective Indian City. During several days of learning, visiting Indigenous sites and sharing music, Passerby and Indian City will gain understanding about each other’s cultures.

The culmination of this residency program is a concert of shared music on stage at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, with a visual background of the video created during their time together. This is a not to be missed experience!
