RISE Musical Theatre Intensive 2025

This is the first-ever RISE Musical Theatre Intensive, designed to give performers (ages 16–30) the chance to dive into a fast-paced rehearsal process and bring a spooky, fun, and high-energy showcase to life!

Over the course of 10 rehearsals (Oct 6–21, 5:30–7:30pm, weekdays at Prairie Theatre Exchange). Participants will train in singing, acting, and dance while working with a team of directors and choreographers. The intensive will culminate in a public Halloween-themed showcase performed at PTE on Oct. 21st.

This program focuses on the rehearsal process experience: learning how to build a show in a condensed timeline, collaborating with fellow performers, and developing stage confidence. There will be opportunities for solos, duets, and big ensemble numbers.

We are accepting: Participants who commit fully to the rehearsal process and showcase. And Auditors who may attend rehearsals to observe and learn, but will not perform on Oct.21st
